BOOKING AN EVENT

Hartford Village Hall is a popular venue for children’s parties, charity events, dances, family celebrations etc.

Friday and Saturday events must finish and the hall cleaned and vacated by 11pm; bookings on Sunday evenings and Bank Holidays must be cleared by 10pm.

​

Anyone wishing to hire the above premises must read the Conditions & Responsibilities and then fill in the Booking Form and send to the booking Clerk.
